Dr. Campbell is amazing. He even saw my daughter after hours when she was in the hospital, he is very caring.

Dr.Campbell is very nice and makes sure my children are up to date with their shots, He is a great doctor.

We waited for months to get our son in and they attempted to accommodate us well, we had an issue and were assured that they would do what they could to accommodate us and resolve it so that we didn't have to make multiple visits. They seemed polite and accommodating and we were very pleased. I made a long trip in to fill out some paperwork and unfortunately a long delay prevented it from being able to get back to them before our appointment. Rather than call us and reschedule, they kept the appointment and failed to inform us when they opened and instead greeted us with what we presumed to be crude gestures from on of the employees in the parking lot and dirty looks as we arrived promptly and eager to have our son seen. The accommodating attitude quickly changed as they realized that a mistake had occurred. Rather than apologies for the parking lot rudeness or the mistake, they patronized us and justified themselves and poured on the rudeness rather than answer our questions so that we could blame who was responsible. As a matter of fact, one of the nurses tried to actually deceive us into blaming our other provider. When I reported the problem to the receptionist and took some names to document our experience after we chose to no longer give them our business after how rudely we were treated, they forced us out of the office with threats. Needless to say we were shocked and hope they don't treat anyone else with the same blatant unacceptable rude behavior.

Dr. Campbell is always so kind and thorough. He is very knowledgeable and has a lot of useful information to share health wise.

The staff has always been helpful and easy to work with, They have a way with children and able to make visits not such a scary experience for them.
