Park Ridge Condominiums

If you're looking for a nice, relaxing, quiet place to stay this is not it. If you want neibhors who don't stick their noses in your business, this is not the place for you either. If you have more than one car, this is definatly not the place for you. This place is horrible. The neighbors are rude, if you stay at the pool past 10pm your neighbors will call the cops on you. If you store things in your garage, you will be cited. The b**ch who is in charge of parking passes (who doesn't live there, btw) will not issue them to anyone. My daughter was being stalked by her ex who had attacked her on the side street multiple times so she had to park in the complex and her car got towed every time because that c*nt would not let her buy a pass. $1300 in tow fees. The neighbors are loud, nosy, hypocritical a**holes who will know about everything you do. If you don't join their little childish clique, you better believe your stay here will be a living hell. The sinks in the house always clog up, the laundry appliances break down and eat your money (and you will not be reimbursed) they constantly shut off the power and water. The locks for the mailboxes and the front door do not work. My roof is falling apart and has hit my children and nothing has been done about it. So, if you want a nicer place to stay I suggest you go somewhere else. But if you are looking for a place where you are constantly monitored by pathetic neighbors with no life and feel like wasting money, by all means, this is the place.

I lived at this location for at least five years. It was very convenient for my needs. I seen this place go downhill. The so-called gardeners do a terrible job. They leave the place worst than it was. They are inexperienced in lawn and plant care. They are a joke. The buildings are rotted and falling apart. Beware if you live downstairs. You have to listen to everything that happens with upstairs neighbors. Opening and closing of doors and closets. Footsteps above your head. The patio ceiling are only boards. You get all your neighbors trash on your patio. Especially when they sweep. Your lucky if you don't one that smokes. There is a problem of not enough dumpsters. They get filled up fast and people who live there do not care. The trash gets left outside the dumpsters and on a hot day it stinks. On a windy day it starts to fly out all over the place. There is definitely a trash problem and a big problem keeping it clean. The mailboxes are not marked. I had to mark my own. They are very faded and no one cares to park the boxes and keys to retrieve your mail. I complained on deaf ears. The front gate is a joke. It gets stuck every time it rains. It should be removed completely because it is a joke. Anyone and everyone knows how to get in. It's more of a bother waiting for it to open because it does not serve as security at all. There was a severe parking problem but this has finally been dealt with only at night though commencing at 9pm. There is no other security. I love the area but I would never ever move back or recommend anyone moving here. The management do nothing to help you if you are having problems with a neighbor or with the place itself. There are people who have lived there for years and they are great people and neighbors. The standard of people who now have moved in has dropped. Low class. There is more bad than good to this place. I feel sorry for the neighbors that own there. Thank God I was only renting and I was able to get out of there. So beware! Don't say I didn't warn you!
