Beware this business, I rented here & left the place better than I found it moving out before the end of the month. Everything paid on time & in full. I called to notify & left message of my move out date. We moved out of state & I received notice from collection agency 3 months later. They sent me to collections stated there policy requires & written letter & not a phone call. I spoke to the owner on the phone when he called on the 2nd of the month to tell me my rent was late. I said didn't you get my message of move out & also how could they not know I was out, I left the unit open 10 days before this call! So much for security! My rent was $83 mo. but they sent me to collections for $195 & I had no notice of this since moving, this business is unethical & not compliant with Colorado storage laws.

These units are very clean, the security system is flawless and their rates are very competitive. THEY ARE NOW GIVING THE 3rd MONTH FREE TO NEW TENANTS.....That is hard to beat.
