Best Exterminating Services

Very unprofessional, I couldn't get past their numerous pour attempts at phone etiquette. Very unnerving, regardless of any future sale on their part they will never see a dime of our hard earned pay.

Clearly a flaky operation, the only way they stay in business is because I do not see any other exterminating places in this town. They are very unprofessional and I do not see how they have been in business this long.

This is the worse company I have ever had to deal with! Their customer service is horrible! I was dealing with a women named Harriet, and she not only yelled at me several times, but hung the phone up on me three times! We had a termite inspection done for the purchase of our house, and it took them over a week to get the report back...when we were told it would only take 1-2 days! My husband called several times through the week and left messages, and never received a call back....Then when I finally got Harriet on the phone 6 days after the inspection was done...She said she never got any messages from my husband! I asked to speak to the owner three different times, and was told they were not available. Please think twice before using this company....save yourself the stress and headache and go with another company!

Incredibly unprofessional. People in the office claim repeatedly that someone knocked on the door when clearly no one did, and report impossible appointment times made over phone conversations that never happened, then become defensive and abusive over the phone. Extremely unreliable and unhelpful, I would never recommend this company to anyone.

said they had sprayed inside when they did not....caught them in this twice...last time hubby was home when they claimed to have sprayed inside. Called their office, receptionist decided to call the worker that claimed to have been inside...her mistake to put him on speaker!! Obviously the man has anger issues, and began to let the obsenities fly...so much that the receptionist couldn't interrupt to let him know that the customer could hear everything he was saying!! Her half hearted apology only lasted until I told her we would be discontinuing their service. She then turned defensive and nasty as well!?!? If you are looking for reliable, good customer service, and trustworthy...I wouldn't call Best Exterminating!!!
