        I lived in this place for one year. My unit was infested with crickets, spiders and roaches. At my move out time, the management told me what I owed. I paid. 6 months later, I get a letter from a debt collector telling me that I owe them $130+.
        My friends still live there and they have nothing but issues. The people moving in look like and act like meth heads. One of our old neighbors' apartment flooded every time it rained. When his lease was done, they rerented the unit without fixing anything! Those poor people moved in and their first weekend there, their apartment flooded.
        The management sucks, the units are built horribly, and your neighbors are going to be trash! Find somewhere better to live!!
