IKEA

For four weeks, we waited for an item to arrive at Ikea. Their inventory system would say they had anywhere between 20-30 in stock, yet the bins were empty. We would be told by the staff that the items were due in on the truck "tomorrow afternoon."
We fell for that line twice. After 7 visits to the store over 4 weeks, it finally became obvious that Ikea was not going to get the Blanken wire baskets in, and nobody on their staff could seem to give us a knowledgable answer as to when they WOULD come in.
I'm very disappointed with inventory control in this store. They have some neat stuff, but their customer service is pretty much pathetic.
