        The car would not start. The battery light came on and it wouldn't start. I was furious. I rented a car thinking it would actually work. Thank goodness I did not make any stops along the way, or I would have been stranded in the middle of Texas 5 hrs away. I had to call someone to come jump start the car so I could continue to use it, since the car also did not come with jumper cables. I tried calling the office, but they were closed. I called the "24 hour assistance" and they said it would be 3 hours before someone could come help me. I did not have that much time to waste, I was only there for the weekend and had much work to do. This incidence occurred on Friday (6/24/16 the day I rented it). I had the car until that Monday, but was traveling back Sunday. So the whole weekend I was unable to use the car I spent $300 on. I had to uber places and use my family/co-workers/friends to drive me everywhere. WORST CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER.

        I will NEVER rent a car from them again.
