this company is a joke Jennifer the "manager" hung up on me twice because she wouldn't let me say 3 things without interrupting me!!! Then proceeded to tell me they were going to call Frigidaire and cancel my work order DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY i have filed a formal complaint with BBB and Frigidaire about this company and how horrible they treat customers the "owner" wont even return calls or emails and when you ask to speak to Mr Callahan he is ALWAYS out of town lol

I just received excellent service from a great guy, his name William. He was easy going, knew what to do, and explained the issue with my dryer in an understandable manner. He was in and out quickly, and my dryer is up and running great again!

My almost new refrigerator started leaking. I called Lowes and they said these people were the authorized repairpeople. Called and they came very quickly and had to order the part. It came in the next day and he (William?) came out and fixed it. Simple. Just the way it's supposed to happen. I asked which of my appliances his company fixed, he pointed them out and I put it in my address book. I will definitely call again.

Save your time and money and contact a different company. They came out fast to do the service check but it took several days for them to schedule a time to repair my freezer. I was told 1-2 days for the part to come in. On day 3, I had to call the company and was told the part arrived the previous day. The technician couldn't come during the initial appt window so I had to reschedule. I couldn't get anyone at Callahan's to call me back to schedule an appt until 3 days later, despite my repeated phone calls. In the end, they misdiagnosed my repair and the quote they gave me was $200 more than the company I ended up hiring. Way overpriced and horrible customer service.
