Heritage Townhomes

Heritage townhomes is a great place to live. The management there is awesome. She really goes out of her way to do a good job on any issue we've ever brought up. It's a quiet place to raise a family. Very spacious and affordable. I'm so happy we found this place great townhomes

It's a horrible place to stay at. You have to pay your rent on time or they give you a 3 day notice right away, but they can't seem to give you your deposit right away. I have been moved out for a couple of months and they still haven't sent me my deposit. I paid my rent on time, left the place clean and had no complaints about me or trouble their. But apparently they don't appreciate that. They have 2 pools and they clean them whenever the hell management feels like it. Most of the time they don't even clean it till summer is almost over. They are lazy to fix any repairs you need unless you are part of her husbands family then the manager well take good care of you. Don't live their it's a crappy place to be at.
