John Farr of A-Farr Plumbing and Heating has been my plumber since 1989 when I bought my six-family house in Queens and for my properties in Williamsburg, Greenpoint and other parts of Brooklyn. He has ALWAYS called me back right away and has usually been over the next morning, whatever problem I had. He corrected some plumbing violations I had in one building. In another, he fixed my boiler in the middle of winter, turned on my gas when I got a shut-down on my gas line, replaced my hot water heaters, cleared my drain lines and snaked my drains or when I had an emergency leak, he's fixed it right away.He's reliable, responsive and doesn't rip me off or look for other "problems." He's in, he's out. I don't know WHAT I'd do without him! I couldn't recommend any plumber more highly!
