Red's Septic Services

Called them 3 wks ahead so I would be sure and have them come out. Was told they don't give out times but plan on 8:30am to 9:00. Never showed. Called and was told late morning, but plan on early afternoon. By 3 pm, I called and told them we needed to leave by 4pm and was canceling them if they didn't show up. The girl was short and not friendly, said they were in our area and she'd give them a call. Never did call back and by 4pm another girl called apologizing, and said they would not be out today--even though we had called THREE WEEKS ahead to make this appt. We cancelled. Obviously people who called after us were more valuable customers than we were. Wasted all day waiting for them. Don't bother going through them. They don't value new customers.

DO NOT deal with this company. My wife took off work to stay home for having our septic system worked on, no one showed. Finally they called us back and said somehow they dropped us off the schedule. Red promised to be on time when we rescheduled, again no one came. Red said he had a more important client with an urgent problem. We were rescheduled again, my wife taking off work for a THIRD DAY. They are four hours late and we just get a recording. You can't afford to hire this outfit.
