Hands down the best Auto Repair shop in the Bay. Brian negotiated my claim with Geico, and Vanguard ended up repairing my car a day earlier than my claim allowed. That meant that I got my car back on Friday instead of Monday. Huge difference, as I was getting sick of driving my rental car. Speaking of rental cars, Enterprise is just around the corner. My car looks better than new, and best of all, their work is covered by a lifetime guarantee.

I may be young, but I know when I get good customer service, and when I get bad. At Vanguard Auto I get treated very well. They tell me exactly what's going to be done, they get it done in a timely manner, and their prices are definitely affordable. I will be back when need be, for sure!

Last summer I went on a road trip from New York to Northern Cali. When I finally reached the west coast, I decided I needed to get my car checked (which I should have done before I left, but I didn't) so I stopped at this shop called Vanguard Auto Body Repair, and they seriously had the best customer service I've ever encountered. I wish they were in New York, so I could have them service my car whenever I needed. They were so cool, super honest, and efficient with all the work that was done, and most of all, they were reasonably affordable. You guys should open up a shop on the east coast!

I came into Vanguard Auto because I was right down the street when I started hearing this rattling noise, and my car started jumping like it had a mind of its own. They were super busy, but still treated me like I was the only one there. They got my car out of there as soon as they could, and when I left, my car drove so beautifully. I highly recommend their services to everyone.

Being a female, you need to be really cautious that people aren't trying to take advantage of you while dealing with cars (buying a car, or getting it serviced). At Vanguard Auto, you can rely on honest service, with very thorough work being done. I really appreciate what you guys do, and doing it very well.

I would recommend this auto repair shop to anyone. My vehicle's drivers side mirror got knocked off in a hit and run. I saw all the great reviews about Vanguard, so I called the day before going and explained I needed to replace the side mirror. They ordered it that day(at a very reasonable price of $65-for a Honda Civic) and I took my car in the next day. They worked very quickly and I was in and out before I knew it. Incredible service, I highly recommend!

Vanguard Auto Body is the most trustworthy place I have ever been. Not knowing much about cars or what I really need or have to get done, the owner makes you feel like your in good hands. Not only did he finish sooner than expected he made sure to get me the best deal possible! Not only is my car door and fender as good as new but my wallet still has some money in it too! I will go to Vanguard Auto Body no matter what the circumstances. No where else has a better service.

I got into a minor fender bender and had a bit of damage. I was afraid that is wasn't going to be worth repairing, but when I came here they told me it would be easy and they could give me a great deal. They did and now my car looks better then ever!

I think this is a really great place. I've been going here for quite some time now, and I have never had anything but great experiences.

There are a few things that I distrust; banks, insurance companies, and auto body shops. However, after taking in my civic to get the back bumper replaced at Vanguard Auto Body Repair I might have had my faith in body shops restored a little bit. They gave a fair price, had it ready when they said it would be ready, and did not hassle me about anything else. I would recommend them if you are looking for an honest shop.
