        Dr. Brokstein graduated The Pennsylvania State University in 1993 then completed his DC degree at Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, GA in 1998. Dr. Brokstein cares about his town and makes many efforts to help those around him with actions such as supporting the yearly food drives during the holidays, health fairs, coat drives and community lectures. Dr. Brokstein grew up in Freehold, New Jersey and after going out of state for his education he came back to the community he grew up in to give back. Dr. Brokstein played competitive soccer for 28 years. He suffered with bronchial conditions through high school and college. Upon getting adjusted for the first time when first entering the chiropractic college, his problem resolved which was never helped by the medications and inhalers. Also, while working out, Dr. Brokstein injured his lower back and can sympathize with patients that come in with similar problems. Chiropractic care helped him and he got into doing flex/distraction technique as it’s what helped him recovery so quickly. Initially he was a Pre-medical student and an undergrad and with thinking there had to be another way to help patients without drugs or surgery. The dean of Pre-medical suggested Chiropractic. Keeping an open mind he researched it on his own, never knowing what chiropractic was really about, he liked the idea of getting to the source of the problem and help the body self-correct, to get patients well and healthy through wellness. That is the healthcare without drugs which not only eliminates health problems but prevents them. When Dr. Brokstein is not in the office caring for patients he enjoys playing soccer and tennis, traveling to tropical destinations and spending time on the beach.

        After flying a lot for work and pleasure, my body was really hurting. I made an appointment with Dr. Brokstein, he examined me, determined my problem areas, explained the problem to me and how he could help me remedy it. I feel so much better after my visit with Dr. Brokstein.

        Finally no more migraines

        I suffering with headaches since a little girl. I was prescribed every medication under the sun but nothing ever relieved the pain. Thankfully it was suggested I go to a chiropractor and I found Dr. Russell. He did a thorough exam and explained to me that most headaches are from neck problems. A computerized test showed the severity of the problem in my neck and we started treatment. The headaches started going away within the first few visits. I can now function and do my normal activities again.

        The best chiropractor around!

        Dr. Russell Brokstein has been treating my family 12+ years. He is my go to for everything from back pain to allergies, to general well being. My boys have been getting adjusted by him since birth & I credit him for their strong immune systems. Dr. Russell does not rush you, he shares his knowledge & just wants to make you feel better & keep you healthy. I cannot say enough & highly recommend Dr. Russell.
