Founded in 1976, Monterey Bay Certified Farmers Markets are one of the oldest and largest farmers markets on the Central Coast. Located in Salinas, Calif., the company distributes its products in markets, such as Aptos, Monterey, Del Monte and Carmel. It offers range specialty products that include artisan breads and cheeses, exotic mushrooms, eggs, preserves, fresh fish, oysters, gourmet sauces and pasta, fresh-baked pastries and fair-trade coffee and teas. Additionally, Monterey Bay Certified Farmers Markets offers programs that include culinary education and seasonal cooking demonstrations and many more.
