Walmart - Tire & Lube Express

Worst customer service EVER. I went in to get my frames tightened, and they damaged my lenses. They did not apologize and tried to tell me I had defective lenses. She asked me to get my prescription from my eye doctor so she could replace my lenses which would take 7-10 days. I asked if I could get a trial pair of contacts or something as my vision is so bad I could not even see to drive my wheelchair back to my vehicle without my glasses. She said I would need to pay for an eye exam! This after she broke my glasses! She said, "I don't HAVE to replace your lenses!" She actually yelled and screamed at me and my husband when we tried to explain that since they damaged my glasses they were responsible to repair them and to assist me in being able to see while they were being repaired. I've never seen anyone behave so disrespectfully to a customer, especially when they made a huge error that cost me my ability to see.



I called the customer service main number, and they said there was nothing they could do to help me as the vision center is not associated with Walmart, they just lease space from them. I visited the optometrist office outside the store, and they gave me 3 free pairs of trial lenses and apologized profusely for what I went through with the incredibly rude people at the vision center, even though they were not the ones who had done anything wrong. I would never go to the Walmart Vision Center in ANY Walmart as the store has no authority and cannot assist you if you have an issue at the vision center. I would especially not go to the one in this store as any manager who would allow this woman to run the store while he is out and even deal with customers clearly does not have good judgment.
