Tony was fantastic, water pump on washing machine went out and Tony was able to replace it without issue. Two days later the vent system on the dryer broke down and I had to call him back to provide a workable solution. He corrected the issue quickly and both machines are running great with no problem. Highly recommended.

I have called on Tony for various repairs for the last few years and have never been disappointed. From a dryer repair, to water heater install to a garbage disposal replacement and even replacement of an over the range microwave door, the work is done with a fair price and I've never had to call him back. Having this company available is a blessing since I have a rental home in Fredericksburg and don't have to drive 2 hours to supervise any repairs. I call Tony, he works out a time with the tenant and before I know it the work is done with fuss or stress. I personally can not say enough about the service I have received with Tony and USA Appliance.

I contacted U.S.A Appliance Repair because of all the great reviews they had. I was looking for a professional to inspect the internal parts of my oven as critters had gotten in during a move and needed someone knowledgeable to make sure everything was working before I used it. I spoke to Tony and he set me up with an appointment for the same day and I asked if he specialized in Samsung products as well as asking if his company was insured as any customer would talking to a smaller repair company because you should not assume this. INSTEAD of his great work I was expecting he texted me thirty minutes before the appointment to cancel and angrily text me about insurance. It's obvious this guy is not a true professional that believes in his workmanship and more than likely doesn't have coverage for his company in case they damage your property. STEER CLEAR of this company if you are worried about workmanship longevity and possible accidents with your property. True construction/repair/craftsmen that believe in their ability and workmanship do not worry about such things. Especially when a customer asks because you are a smaller shop. I bought a washing machine that was recondition from the company. I use it two to three times a day and have had it for over nine months now, still runs great. I cant say enough good things about this company.They saved me hundreds of dollars.

I am very satisfied with the service and I would recommend calling Tony at USA before any of the other local repair services, who seem to busy to return a call. I'm glad I called usa Tony is reasonable honest and I very much appreciate that.....
