I went here to get my teeth fixed and they did a good job.
the workers were nice and professional and I would recommend them

Winta is amazing at her job! Best hygenist! And tiffany did my xrays and was gentle. Keep up the good work girls!

Son was supposed to have appointment yesterday and they said they were running 8 patients/2 hours behind so I rescheduled today, his cleaning took 2 hours..ridiculous, will not be returning..way overbooked

I love Kool smiles , Have had excellent service at this dentist office, my kids love it here. They do a all around fantastic job. Office staff is great as well. The dentist and staff take the time to take to you and explain everything to you for what they will be doing.

Every time we go to this dentist something else goes wrong. The last two times we had to wait for over an hour to been seen and then we were told my daughter had a cavity that needed to be filled with an estimate of $67 but then when her dad took her, it cost over $100 because they filled an extra tooth that was never discussed. I am highly disappointed in this dentist because the dentist is a traumatic experience for some kids which is why we picked a pediatric dentist and every time we go, it just keeps getting worse. I am having her switched to my dentist for her next appointment because we just won't go back.

All three of my kids came in for cleanings and check ups , were seen promptly, and the staff was extremely professional and courteous.

The ortho team is AMAZING!! Though we are still in the process of getting my daughters braces I have to give this team two thumbs up!! Keep being AWESOME. And thank you so much for taking the time with the patients. Ypu guys rock.

My daughter is five years old which it's hard to her to sit still for very long. The hygienist "Wintana" went above and beyond for my daughter and did an amazing job on not only cleaning her teeth but being kind and patient while making my daughter feel comfortable. I am very thankful for her and the team at Kool Smiles!

I love Kool Smiles! They're great people, a clean and fun facility for the kids. The only thing is when you make a appointment, you don't actually get seen tell a hour later. I took my son the other day, his appointment was at 3, I arrived at 2:30. We did not go in the back tell quarter to 4. I stayed because my child is first and he needed a cleaning. The systems went down an everything. The advice I have is to IMPROVE ON PATIENT WAIT TIME!!! It's getting ridiculous!

I really like about this office is Assistant explained everything that I need to know .
The room was little bit cold so recommend to bring a jacket or blanket for kids to keep them comfy ^_^ !!

I was recommended by my friend because previous dentist was unhappy for us .
and so my husband took my daughter to Kool smiles in Fredericksburg.
He loved there !!! Male Dr ( unknown name ..) was GREAT and his assistant Akime was SO sweet !
Great experience at this office and highly recommend .

It was such a great experience. the first dental visit is always hard for the kids!! But at koolsmile it went so smooth and easy and my kids where really relaxed and enjoyed the visit thats made it easy to go again and never scared. Thanks for Gada and Dr. Odai for their profession and extreme care. Now I recommending Koolsmile for everybody I know.
