We’ve used Farrell Plumbing and Heating twice now. First time was because we happen to find them on the Internet. Second time was because of the exceptional customer service the first time. And the second time, Pat called me back on CHRISTMAS DAY after texting him. I told him I didn’t expect a call back but was just ‘rolling the dice’. He replied by calling within 30 minutes. Wasn’t able to come out on Christmas Day, but he was at the house at 8am the next day. His customer service and professionalism are second to none. Fair prices and highest quality service. He was quick to reply both times. Even answered my texts while he was at our house and I was at work. A+++

Excellent Customer Service, service .was done quite quickly. Called this morning for service and they were here shortly after; they fixed they replaced the leaking pressure release valve(PRV) and installed a new 3/4 ball valve before the PRV. And they fixed the Slow filling bathroom by replacing the flood safe toilet supply water cable. Excellent Service Definitely Recommend.
