The owner of this kennel is a convicted animal abuser. Your dog may come out happy and healthy or he may not come out at all. It's unbelievable that this company is still in business. If you love your pet, board elsewhere.

Rick and his staff do a great job. I trust them to care for my pets and would recommend them to anyone needing to board their pet. They have always taken great care of my pets, and always care for them just as I request. Their attention to detail makes me comfortable leaving my pets there for a weekend or a week.

We have been taking our dogs to Burgo's for several years. We are very pleased with the care they have while there.We are also grateful they gave our Tessa great care even though she was very ill and was recieving many meds and creams for open sores she has since passed. We take our baby there now along with our 2 older dogs. Our baby is very hyper and scared of everything but they work with her and she gets a little better everytime she goes. I've had my dogs at Burgos Kennels on several occassions and have always been impressed with the staff and the facility. In fact one of my dogs has been there for extended stays and comes back looking better than when she got there.

I have been a friend of Rick Burgos and Burgos Kennels Inc. for quite some time. Burgos Kennels has an experienced and dedicated staff. The property and kennels are well maintained and cleaned daily. In a recent experience of boarding one of my working dogs at Burgos Kennels, Rick and his staff paid great attention to detail in regards to the care instructions I provided upon dropping the dog off. The 90 minute drive is well worth it. Other than my house, Burgos Kennels is the only other place I trust with my dogs.

Burgos Kennels is top notch. I often make the 1 hour and 20 minute drive from Calvert County, MD because I know my two German Shepherds will be taken care of. Rick and his staff a great!
