        Honest. Greg not only made my call a priority and responded quickly, but he proivded candid and helpful counsel. I had several repairmen to come out to assess my problem; however, I felt Alliance was the only service that provided an honest assessment. His pricing was also extermely competitive compared to the others. I have not had any problems since the repair. I would highly recommend.
