Terrible, Terrible, Terrible...
We had a patio installed by Bitler's Concrete and from the beginning we were unhappy. Instead of removing the posts that hold our porch up they poured over them, which is poor craftsmanship and horrible looking. Within two weeks we had cracks that began to separate and after calling and calling finally they returned our call and promised to repair it. They still have not repaired it and have stopped returning our calls. The work was bad, the customer service terrible, and the over all ethic of this company is disappointing. Please do your research before hiring Bitler's Concrete. Go with a more professional company that stands by their work.
