Merle Norman Of Cool Springs

On August 19, 2020, I went in to the Merle Norman at 1700 Galleria Blvd to buy cosmetics. There is a sign on the door requiring face masks, which I always wear when in public. When I entered the studio there were two employees, one wearing a mask and one not wearing a mask. I asked the second employee if she wears a mask and she said "yes". I pointed out to that she wasn't and she pointed to the counter and said "it's right here". I asked her to please put it on and she refused. She became belligerent with me to the point of my leaving the store. When I left the store I took a picture of the front door showing the mask policy then I noticed the employee who was wearing a mask had her camera pointed at me. She was videoing me. So unprofessional. I have spent a nice sum of money at that studio over the years but I will never spend another penny there after today. It has been suggested that I report the studio to the county for non-compliance.
