Richards Heating & Cooling

After new system installed, electrical was shorting and sparking - they did return to fix. Then discovered they hadn't connected the humidifier. - they did fix that. But part on new unit weren't compatible and there were 8 failures in a year that Boles took care of. Called Richards and they said they'd come the next morn at 9:30. Never came, never called, never responded to several voice mails re. that over 2 days. Had to pay Boles to re-place incorrect parts to have reliable function. Luckily parts were covered by manufacturer.
