        Overall
        Poor communication - waste of my time

        Brought my daughter's team jacket for a zipper replacement - they said $28, it would be ready in two weeks. At pickup, they said it had a 'special zipper', and they cannot replace it. They had my phone #, TWO WEEKS and they could not pickup the phone to tell me! I found the zipper for $1.33 online, I'll fix it myself !!!
