GM Financial Corporate

Yes I too am being affected by General Motors especially Buick Zone Office, my Buick Envision poor quality and workmanship also GM Financial in the way they report to Credit Bureaus you know they report every month on me! This is a Ripley's matter and should be in their files.

Comment: This is sure not GM and GMAC back then when GM was the mark of Excellence when they cared for GM customers and Corporate Clients and their vehicles.

"NO NOT OPEN GM ONLINE ACCOUNT WITH THEM" What they to you in written letters, telephone calls, and emails they will do to you on your online account.

They never emailed me called but their messages were like spam never saying they were GM. I had to drag my Spouse with me to straighten it out on a telephone call. And the rotten customer service person today suggested I let them auction my lease and they can send me a bill. GM is the worst I will never have anything to do with them again. EVER
I agree go somewhere else! In fact try to Lease a Ford, Chrysler, Nissan, and Toyota you will have to pay GM Financial $500.00 to get out of your Lease check your contract!

GM Financial, On Star, Buick, and GM Zone Offices have the same issues.
We are not too happy with GM Financial also and being GM Retires we gave GM and GM Financial one more chance to prove themselves with our 2020 GMC and they FAILED.

So in that light "NO MORE GM VEHICLES FOR US" and you know something we have to pay a $500 dollar penalty to get away from this GM Financial. So if you Lease from this Firm look out you will pay that also.

GM customer for over 40 years.
