I went to this shop a month ago to get some body work done on my 2010 ford f-150, when I got their I was pleasantly greeted by the front staff and
then the estimator came out and we got the paperwork started on my truck. After the paperwork was done we both went outside and did a once over on my truck. then he went through the process with me on whats gonna happen with my truck and that he would keep updated on my truck and when it was ready. I was pleasantly surprised when I got my truck back in a reasonable time and it was clean inside and out on top of that so thats why I gave this shop 5 stars I would recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for one right now.

I was at this location a month ago getting my back window and some dents and body work fixed on my 2014 Chevrolet silverado cause of the bad storm that we had it dented up my truck and busted out my back window. Well as soon as I got their I was greeted by the front staff and was takin care of right away. The boss their was also helpful too going through with me step by step on whats gonna happen with my truck and how long its gonna take. I was so happy to get my truck back in a timely fashion and it looked better than ever after they brought it back to life. Thank you everyone at that shop for taking care of me and my truck I would recommend this place for awesome bodywork and on how professional they are also.

The other reviews are from employees for sure!!! Ask your insurance adjuster how they feel! This is a horrible company and you should never use them!!! Over 15 claims with the BBB, that's only the people that were mad enough with the know how to file a complaint... think about that!!! Horrible company!!!

Richard is this a the most professional estimator I've dealt with he has been nothing but honest and dedicated he is obviously the only thing holding Haltom City shopping

My LIN-MKZ 07 was in need of repair after a minor collision and Factory Finish Collision Center employees Gia and Richard provided professional and courteous service. They are great representatives of excellent customer service. The auto repair technicians also did a great job. A 5 STAR rating goes to The Ft Worth Center on Crowley Rd.
