Cobblestone Quality Shoe Repair

The worst customer service i have ever received. I called to follow up with the manager and he SCREAMED at me profusely and would not allow me to get in a word edge wise to try and remedy the problem. TERRIBLE service.

My husband wears a lift on one foot. We took pictures of exactly what we wanted. The son of the owner was very nice & said it would be $60. When we picked it up, the man behind the counter would not let us look at the shoe until we paid him $100. The shoe was all wrong and the pictures were not with the shoes. $300 total loss for us and no shoes to wear. From seeing all these bad reviews I think we are going to file a claim against this establishment. Two others customers that were there were extremely unhappy also. How can they sleep at night knowing they are making a living stealing from people. I'm not done with them by any means, even if I have to picket out front.
