I am dealing with corruption in Allen superior family court therfore, have no money. Allen superior court appointed ms. rutz to conduct a mediation in my case. I called ms. rutz, explained the situation and the fact that I would not be able to pay her and, completely, described the corruption matter. She said,” no problem” and continued on with the mediation. I started receiving bills from her office a few Weeks after and called her office multiple times to tell her that the corruption had not been rectified and I was still without funds to pay her. She refused to speak with me or stop sending bills. This attorney filed for a civil judgment for attorney fees from me. due to the corruption that is already in this case,I was not permitted to appear for this hearing and she probably got the judgement against me. I have yet to receive an order from the Allen superior Court. Well, I still sit here, with no money, unable to pay her. I do not recommend hiring this woman for legal work.
