We were stuck on the side of the road 50 miles east of Ft Stockton in 104 degree heat. We called as many auto service places in Ft Stockton as our phones could allow before our batteries died.
Mikael at Alpha Tango Roadside Assistance answered faster than anyone else, was more courteous and understanding than anyone else and, amazingly, did a better job resolving our car's problem by phone than anyone else could in the previous 24 hours by phone or in person.
We made it limping to Ft Stockton by nightfall and will have the car fixed tomorrow morning.
We owe Mikeal a lot. Without him we'd still be stuck on the side of I-10 W.

They were super nice and great service! I’m pregnant, traveling to east Texas and they were nice enough to help us with towing, and had all four of our tires changed super quick!

I got an oil change from this company. My car was new, it had been inspected 2 months prior and had not given any problems. 30 - 60 minutes later, while I was on the interstate, something began smelling heavily of burning, then my car lost speed and the ‘check engine’ light and others came on the dashboard. When I checked the engine, there was oil leaking everywhere.
I called the same company to come and check it out, he was rude and shouted back at me even though I was very calmed for my condition. They charged me almost $1000 for coming to inspect the vehicle AND for the towing. They refused to accept responsibility and blame the cause on something else; and despite saying they could fix the issue, they did not and still wanted to charge me for it.
I took my car to another mechanic who confirmed what I suspected. They had left the old oil in and poured the new one, so it overfilled. I had to pay thousands of dollars for a new engine.
Do not use this company, they will ruin your car and charge hundreds of dollars!

I had a great experience. My wife's tire blew out on I10 just outside Stockton springs right after sunset with my dog and 2 children in the vehicle. This man was there in 15 minutes and took 30 minutes to dislodge my rusted spare from under the truck. He swapped the tire out and noticed it was plugged in the sidewall. He then asked him to follow him to get a used tire for our Armada. Once at his shop he used his own straps to secure our tire on the top of our vehicle since the underneath was rusted out. He only charged us 300 for the tire....the roadside service and the strap and a jump from our battery dying. We made it safely to Florida after the repair. Too notch. A little pricey but what do expect for roadside service within 15 minutes??

MIKE was the best, he helped out so much when my car broke down. the Tow crew was awesome very friendle and the mechanic was amazing as well. I literally have never meet anyone so nice till I meet these guys.. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS FOR EVERYTHING YOU DID TO HELP!!

We were driving through TX on I-10 on 12/27/18 and ran out of gas. A state trooper kindly gave us 2-1/2 gallons but when we got to the next exit with gas, both gas stations were out of gas! There was evidently a temporary gas shortage in the area. We continued on hoping the 2-1/2 gallons would get us to Ft Stockton. We saw Alpha Tango Roadside Assistance helping another car with gas and stopped to ask if he had more gas. He said no, but instructed us to get on the frontage road at the next exit and he'd follow us into Ft Stockton to ensure we got there! We made it there on fumes, I put 23.2 gallons in my 23 gallon tank. His name was Mikhail and he was the most polite, kind man. He didn't have to follow us, he did it out of the kindness of his heart and we are very grateful. Thank you, Mikhail, from the couple in the silver 4Runner from Colorado. You rock!

Michael was exceptional, courteous and prompt with fixing my jeep. He kept me updated throughout the process and was very kind and honest.I greatly appreciated that he went out of his way to help me and went above and beyond when it was late. I would recommend this company to anyone and wish to thank Michael for working so hard.

We were passing though on our way back to California when our vehicle broke down and Alpha Tango came out to assess our Van. Thanks to his help and input we were able to save ourselves a horrible towing expense and experience as he was able to narrow down the situation with our vehicle and point us in the right direction. He was also very quick to respond and at the end of helping us we knew we were in good hands, One thing is certain, you know you won't be taken advantage of in your time of need. I'm so very thankful for Alpha Tango's assistance.

Worst Customer Service Ever, We Called Them Asking About Their On Site Service The Guy Hung Up On Us Then Called Back He Kept Saying I Told You I Am Busy Again Your Calling Me So If Your Posting A Business Online And Can’t Fulfill The Customer Order Why Are You Waisting Out Time Then (MICHAEL)

I made a phone call and as easy as that Michael made me feel 100% confident that my issues would be addressed and that I was his priority - he walked me every step of the way and was fast and courteous 100% - I will use them again in times of need - thank you to the staff and dedication to each and everyone of you guys that make these tough times exceptional by having a staff of caring and genuine people ready to assist 24 hours a day -

On Sunday January 28th our motorhome broke down near Fort Stockton. We called Alph-Tango spoke to Mike explained our issue and Also told him I was a disabled vet in a wheelchair. Tony came out repaired our motorhome.
Whenever your in a situation like this you can get ripped off real easy. BUT NOT WITH ALPHA TANGO!!!!!! We would highly recommend this Road Side repair company . Mike and Henry and the company they work for are the most respectful, professional, clean people. Do not hesitate to call them for help. Thanks guy's God Bless y'all.

Flat tire in Fort Stockton, Mikel to the Rescue!
Blazing fast service, very friendly, and on a Sunday one of the only places open- especially New Years Eve!
We had a flat tire at our motel- which is not something you want to wake up to, but Mikel made the best out of a bad situation and we were glad to be safe.
Mikel took our tire back to his shop, fixed it, and brought it back to the motel and replaced it. He was very quick and kept us informed of his progress in correcting the tire and time frame from start to finish.
We highly recommend Mikel and truly appreciate his service and professionalism.

Seemed to have a ton of great reviews, this was not my experience unfortunately. The people they sent out busted up several things on my vehicle and I should have asked them to stop as they obviously didn't know at all what was wrong. Now I was left to go to the dealership in town with no answers and a bunch of new problems directly created by these people's handy work. Definitely do not recommend, was a terrible rip off scam!!!!

We were on our way to Houston when our vehicle heated up in Fort Stockton where we were recommended to contact Mikel by the manager at Auto Zone. Upon arrival he knew exactly how and what he was doing! He maintained a very respectful and professional demeanor as he quickly and knowledgeably addressed the issue. He truly went beyond the call of duty as he proceeded to fix other unrelated issues - just to make sure our trip was safer without altering his original quoted price. This young man truly impressed me. I thank God for sending him our way.

During a 14.5-hour drive from Tucson Arizona, I encountered a problem with the alternator on the Tahoe.

I used Siri to find to closest AutoZone, the closest store was in Fort Stockton, TX.

I called AutoZone and got Robert, who provided great customer support.

Once I arrived at the AutoZone in Ft. Stockton, Robert determined it was the alternator and contacted Mike at Alpha T.

Mike showed up in 20 minutes and within 40 minutes, I was on my way home to Houston.

Mike is an exceptional mechanic and I would highly recommend him.

Saw that my water pump was leaking at 6 in the evening.
Went to the local parts store and was recommended to Alpha-T.
Michael replace my water pump and thermostat at 1 in the morning.
I was 545 miles from home.
Knowledgeable, ASE certified, extremely thorough.
Concerned that the repair would last tomorrow. Gave me his phone number in case there were problems.
