FAST GLASS SERVICE

My family and I went in to have a small repair to our glass, upon arrival the manager was short and rude to us. He initially said that his worker would have to look at it to determine if it was repairable. We had been waiting for about 10 minutes so my husband decided to ask if they had determined if the car was repairable, the manager snapped at my husband saying "well it's back there isn't it?" Which my husband replied "well you haven't told us anything so we didn't know" he then said to my husband "what do you want me to do?" To which my husband replied "we just wanted some communication on what was going on" he then told us we could leave and said "there's the door if you don't like it" he then pulled the worker from our car and said "there's the door". We were completely thrown off by him having such a bad attitude towards us. They also left glue or something on our windshield and it won't come off. I have never been treated so badly by a business and especially never from a manager of the establishment. Terrible place.

Had a new windshield put in told it was guaranteed if I had any problems just call of course it is leaking so I called the owner he said nothing is guaranteed and hung up on me when I called back he used fowl language and said I was never told it was guaranteed and hung up again

The manager of did the repair, glued trim on in the wrong place, cursed at me when I called the next day and wanted it fixed. When I got there he did a poor repair, and was horribly rude.....stay away from this business
