Altes Sanitation Service

Altes missed picking up our trash. I called them and they said they would pick it up. They weren't able to get to it on Friday. Jason made a special trip to our home to pick up the garbage. The people here have been really fantastic and I am grateful for them. A big thank you to Jason.

We have lived here 9 months. Got things going with this company & have found them to be very nice to work with. Once they didn't pick our trash up for 2 weeks. The first time I thought maybe we had the can in the wrong place. I emailed. Then I called. Little did I know they picked up my trash after the email (but I didn't know when I called). The man on the phone could not have been kinder, very apologetic for the trouble & asked that I let him know if we had further issues. Yes, a mistake was made but that happens. The kind way he addressed me & the issue was greatly appreciated. Yes, I would recommend this company!

They failed to pick up my trash three times in the past two months. I called them last week and he did not call me back. The problem started when they broke a glass bottle on my driveway and I called to complain. I want waste management back.

Does anyone ever answer the phone there that can take a payment? Also, I have left at least six (and maybe more) messages on their voicemail that have NEVER been returned. The check that I sent it then comes back as undeliverable, however the address is what was listed above. Granted, the latter may not be their fault, however, after all of this, I get a late fee because I cannot get a payment to them. Are there other options available? I will give them a better rating and pull this if they'll simply call me back.

Courteous and Helpful

Called the Altes office when I noted that my trash had not been picked up. Was informed that the contents in the barrel was not all bagged. However they offered to send out a worker to make a special pickup and he arrived in about an hour. Excptionally timely and courteous service. Thank you

All I can say is arrogance and bad attitudes. Can curse you and nothing is done. Called in but doubt very seriously that anything will be done. Told I started it. I guess the customer is always right doesn't apply with this company.

I live in rural Muldrow. Have for 12 years. Altes has been my trash service here from the beginning. You can almost set your watch to the time they pick up each Tuesday. Never missed a single pickup in 12 years. Very friendly Employees. Don't know how service and dependability could be any better than this.

WORST waste company EVER. Arrogant in that they have a contract and "there's nothing we can do about it". Continually place my trash cans in the ditch or in front of the mail box where my carrier can't deliver my mail - and this is how I receive my paycheck. I am not alone in wanting Waste Management back as Altes doesn't deserve to pick up my trash. I would give this ZERO stars if I could. ALTES TRASH COMPANY SHOULD BE FIRED.
