I have not had a happy experience with this company. They left a duct open in my attic. They did come back to fixed it and it wasn't done correctly (duct still cooling my attic). They damaged my ducts (stepped over them) and they left pieces of my old handler in my attic instead of disposing of it. And according to them they are not responsible for what their workers mess. I have asked for a quote on a fan exhaust grille and I'm still waiting for a response. If they can't find it you would think they would call to let me know they are looking. Nothing. No they want to charge me to replace the ducts. I checked the yellow pages after recieving their estimate per duct and they are higher then a competior. And according to them they were doing us a favor and not charging us labor.
