We live in Key West so we were looking to buy a vehicle in Miami and Garber came up for whatever reason. By the time we found out it was and extra 90 mins away (5.5 hours total) it made no difference because the sales team Africa and Tim made the buying experience so easy! Tim had our car detailed and ready when we arrived. Finance & Signing documents was organized, funny and we were headed back in less than an hour. We will definitely continue to buy from them and tell everyone about the amazing customer service and how informative Tim Tallent was when showing us our car features and setting up Bluetooth,WiFi and OnStar!

I noticed a sputter in the idle (purge valve stuck open) ....called Garber and the best Asst Serv Mgr (3741) ever, returned my call & scheduled for the next days service. The service @ Garber is unbelievable. A loaner vehicle was available for us to use and that speaks volumes to their attention to detail and it is appreciated. My husband has dementia and his daily routine is extremely important to the success of his daily ongoing activities. Thank you Garber for excellent service & Serv Advisor #3741.

I have had excellent experiences at Garber Buick GMC. Jude in service is amazing! She is super sweet and always willing to help. My email address in the computer was one that I do not normally check, so I did not get to fill out past surveys. But, I would have given them all a 10 as well, and also said that Jude is amazing!

From the time we purchased our...

From the time we purchased our 2005 Hummer last year till our recent repair both sales and service were a pleasure to deal with. During the purchase not only did the sales rep deal with us but the used sales manager always came out to greet us. My truck needed a repair done, must say Jim in service was fabulous to work with, I didnt have to call him, he kept in contact with me and I knew I was in good hands. Great experience, would purchase from them again.
