Overall

I have contacted Clearwater Pool services in hopes to have a consultation about a new pool installation. I have called 3 times (needing to follow-up each time) and still, have not had someone schedule an appointment. If it takes this much effort to get a call back, it will probably be a horror story doing business with them. No thank you. I will take my business elsewhere where customer service is a top priority!

Overall

We have had our vinyl lined pool for 8 years and have never had a wrinkle in the liner. We had Clear Water Pools of Fort Mill, SC. To install a new liner in April 2013. Within a couple months, wrinkles started to form in the liner. For various reasons it took them until May of 2014 before they came back to check out this problem. After several no-show appointments, their technician came for 5 minutes and left without ever saying anything to us. After several attempts to talk to their service manager, her solution was to call our Home Owner’s Insurance because the rain had gotten under the liner and it wasn’t their fault. Yet, we never had an issue with water being under the liner until they installed it. They said they would make some phone calls and call us back. We haven’t heard from them, we left several messages, and wrote a letter but we have not heard back from them. They have done other work at our pool and it seemed okay, but they don’t want to honor their mistake on this problem. We have asked other pool companies and they said it was a problem with the installation of the liner. You might want to think twice before letting them install your liner. We won’t make this mistake again. As of July 2014 we have 20 wrinkles

Overall

I have owned six swimming pools since 1985. In all that time I have never experience the poor service that Clearwater has provided. When you present a problem to them. All the employee do is give you excuses. They do not make a sincere effort to clear stains on the pool. They are quick to send a bill but slow to perform. I canceled service and got a new company that is eager to provide service and results. Stay away from Clearwater Charlotte..
