I recently purchased my first Mercedes from this dealership. I got the best-in-class service. I am very impressed and pleased as this was the smoothest car transaction I have ever done! Immediately after I sent my car request, I was contacted by Michael, we did all the negotiation by phone and email and when I was ready, I just went to their location to sign all the documents. Melissa, who was also very pleasant and nice to work with was waiting for me with the documents I had to sign. I didn't want to spend the entire evening there and I didn't!

The Service Dept. from management to service advisors to parts dept. and to technicians and valets are very knowledgeable, fast, prompt, technical and expedient.

Let's face it buying a car new or used is about the worst investment we can make! However, we need cars and we still buy them and love. When you add in all the time it takes then you finally find "the car" and now all the paperwork. UGH SouthEast Brokers was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. We started with our sales person Aaron who was fabulous by the way.. he was the only person we dealt with from test drives to my final purchase paperwork. I will definitely be back. 5*
