Mattress One

is there anything lower than a star. bad delivery policy. not poor BAD. They have a 100 dollar thing if you can find a better deal but because they have their own line of mattresses you can not find it at any other store. Please go some place else they are all the same. BAD

They sale used mattresses with bugs on them. A friend got one from here and had a really hard time trying to get her money back when she bought a new bed that turned out to be used, which was not what she paid for. Then she never got her money back, hey refused and even called the police when she paid cash. They took the mattress with bugs in it back but wouldn't give her her money? Sad place, don't ever go there.

I purchased a firm mattress and box springs on Dec. 13th. for our guest bedroom. Delivery and set up was fine. The mattress and box springs were first used the first week of February 2010. A couple weeks later our guest mentioned the bed was saging on one side. I contacted Mattress One on Feb. 15th. and completed a "Special Request Form" which was to be Faxed to "Corporate". I was told at that time if I had not heard from "Corporate" to call 407-240-0954 and speak to either Matt or Betty . After about a week and no phone call , I called the phone number provided and spoke with Betty. The bottom line was she would call me back. That did not happen. I called again and was told no Fax had been received. A second Fax was again sent by the store. A few more days passed, no phone call. After repeated attempts to contact "Corporate" with out success, I returned to the store and spoke with Sales Associate Miguel. After several conservations with Miguel it was obvious that I was geting no where and Miguel basically said he had done all he could to help. I asked Miguel to call "Corporate" but he refused..."He does not tell Corporate what they do". Not only is the mattress poor, the customer service is worse.
