These people are some of the nicest you could ever ask for to work on your truck, We were broke down on the highway and called them since they were close by, they made the effort to come to 595 and scan our Ford and help us get back up and running. They replaced a Pig tail connector on the side of the road for us and it has been great ever since. I wouldn't go anywhere else, as its nice to deal with good people that are family based small company, they even brought 4 cold waters to drink for my wife and kids when they came back with the part they needed.

This review is a bit late from when the experience took place. My car had broke down and was towed to Florida Diesel. Since it was Thanksgiving weekend I knew it wouldn't be worked on until the following week. I was originally heading to see family for the holiday but after this was considering just getting an uber back home. Keith was nice enough to offer to give me a ride to get a rental and continue my trip to see family. I know so far this has nothing to do with my car getting fixed but it does show the kind of service they were willing to do beyond auto repair. The following week my car was fixed and ready to go in a very timely manor and at a reasonable price. I was really happy with my experience from start to finish.

So with regards to the Review here left by AMBER F., She had her truck towed in, excessively overheating quickly once started. The truck had excessive miles, poor condition & not very well maintained. She drove the truck approx 100 miles @240 degrees with the temperature light & check engine light on. The $3000 initial quote for head gaskets. UPON tear down, taking the turbo off, it literally fell in 2 pieces, bolts missing, fins damaged, NOT something we will install in that condition, NOT ReUsable. Cylinder heads sent to a very experienced machine shop, found excessive cracks in the seats. Worst we have seen in a 7.3. Injectors were tested, returned, exact same ones that were out of the 7.3. We would NOT use their turbo, old parts to put back on the engine. That is NOT to our standards. They became upset we told them this & to find another shop for the work. Boyfriend said the "Shoe string budget" was broke & needed it cheap as possible. NOT HAPPENING here. Done right or not at all.

Had taken my vehicle there for some minor work, 2 places wanted to charge me DOUBLE to what they wanted, they have earned my business, fast, much less expensive and reputable.

I have been going here for a while and send anyone I know with a truck over to this shop. Owner does not play games and gets things done as soon as possible, and does not half-azz work.

Untrustworthy over priced and will never bring my truck back or recommend them. I had put my truck in the shop for a blown head gasket. Well after they said it was going to be 3,000 to fix the bill escalated to over 5,000. They told me my turbo was bad and tried to sell me a used turbo for 800$ with no warranty, then they went to telling my my heads are bad(which I don't know yet), to telling me all 8 injectors on my truck were bad. The place that test the injectors I had gone to because Florida diesel never called so I went to the store that test them and got them. Well comes to find out that only two injectors were bad. Florida diesel asked them to send back 8 bad cores so they could give those to us because we had already decided to pull the truck out of the shop. Who does that?! Now I'm trying to take my heads somewhere to get them tested hopefully they gave me back my heads and now someone else's.
