Unfortunately this is the only shoe repair shop in Fort Collins, fortunately their is an alternative in Loveland, Quality Shoe Repair. The old guy who owns this business performs shoddy work, does not guarantee his work and will not fix his workmanship without further compensation. He has been quoted as saying he doesn't care what his customers think because his shop is the only one in town. He is verbally abusive and uncaring......save yourself the trouble and make the short drive to Loveland.
