If I could make a negative star rating, I would. I have used their self-wash before but the last couple of times that I have gone, they have been closed. I didn't know that you had to make an appointment since in the past, I have just walked in. As the receptionist explained this to me over the phone, I replied that I wasn't interested in making an appointment as it wouldn't work for me today. Then rudely, she ended the conversation by saying "Oh, my god!" and hung up. Even though this business is in my neighborhood, I would much rather go to the Dog Pawlour or the other many, many choices that we have in this town.
