        This post office is absolutely terrible. So far I have had certified packages that were claimed to have been delivered, yet I never received them. Delivery notices placed in my neighbor’s mailbox. Tracking bar codes are rarely scanned. With each one of these events absolutely nothing is done to correct the situation. I am thoroughly frustrated with the Forest City Post Office and USPS in general. I had one package coming from California to North Carolina, it was literally passed back and forth across the US six times before making it to Forest City. WAY TO GO USPS, AWESOME JOB!

        Maybe this post office needs to read the fine print on change of address forms.. it says you should receive ur forwarded mail within ten days they think it takes 4 weeks.. the city is getting bigger stop sending ur mail to charollette and do it there..
