I bought my car here and have all the repairs done here. They are very courteous and I am always satisfied with all their work. I also like the convince of getting a ride to work and having them pick me up when it's ready. The waiting area is very clean.

We just purchased our Prius at Toyota in Folsom. It went smoothly. We wanted our windows tinted, add on price, but they gave us a comp car while the widows were tinted. Our entire sale went smoothly.

Went in around 5pm and left about 10. The process took too long. Salesman was great. Sales manager won't take NO for an answer. I end up buying my car. Finance person said because I am his last customer, he was being nice to let me choose an alarm or the tire & wheel protection plan for free, that was a BIG LIE. Got charge $830 for tire & wheel protection plan. I had to go in the next day to canceled/redo paperwork, met with a different finance person. 3rd day got a call, had to go back, they had place the original registration on my windshield. Its been a month, still waiting for registration sticker. Gave Folsom Toyota a call, I was told DMV didn't process because of wrong mileage on paperwork. When I went to cancel/redo paperwork I told Finance, they had wrong mileage on paper, he said it did not matter. REALLY! I have to go in again. NO! NO! NO! overall BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

I was able to move the time forward from my original appointment and that was very helpful to me. Also a "recall" service was performed which saved me another trip for that purpose. Everything was accomplished in a very timely way. Thanks!

Have used Folsom Lake Toyota service almost exclusivly since purchase of my Sienna in 2001. They have always been professional... courteous... friendly and knowledgeable. The free "taxi" service provided for those of us who for whatever reason don`t have transportation is most appreciated. When I do wait... the "quiet" room is a comfortable thoughtful amenity. Also... the warm chocolate chip cookies aren`t bad either. Thank you Folsom Lake Toyota for making what can be an expensive but necessary experience as pleasant and satisfying as you do.

I always enjoy my visit...comfortable waiting area etc... as I drive 2 hours one way just to bring my truck to the only reliable place I trust. I have bought two trucks from in the past 10 years from you guys...thank you again Folsom.

We were very impressed and pleased to get prompt service and get us back on the road. We had to drive home to San Diego after having a great visit with our adult kids. It would have been very worrisome if we couldn`t have gotten the new battery. Thank you so much.

His manner and approach with people places them at ease in a stress filled environment. I suspect his skills are part of his personality and his years in the business. I was very pleased with my last visit. The service center is at a different location than the dealership, it was a little difficult to find but the service was very good. I give only 4 stars because I had an appointment but still had to wait about 20 minutes, everyone had gone out to lunch I think. During my wait however the person helping me was very nice and helpful in finding someone to help me out. I went in for an oil change, they found some other things that needed work but I did not feel overly pressured to get them done. Overall I would recommend this toyota service center, I felt they were honest and helpful.

I recently purchased an SUV from Folsom Lake Toyota and was very pleased with the experience. All sales reps that I dealt with were very friendly and did not make me feel pressured at all. I am enjoying my new Toyota and will be purchasing my next one from Folsom Lake Toyota as well.
