One of the greatest joys Victory Life Church is to see the captives set free and bondages broken through counseling by the power of the Holy Spirit. VLC offers Marriage Counseling and Inner Healing and Deliverance, as well as seminars in these areas. We believe it is important to understand God's principles to help correct our actions and reactions. It is our desire to train those who are called into the counseling ministry to further multiply the deliverance of God's people and see them take their authority and maintain their victory.Prior to entering the ministry, Pastor Frank was a businessman involved in mortgage banking and real estate. In 1984 he was ordained as a minister of the Gospel. He served as associate pastor of Abundant Life Church in Fort Walton Beach, Florida for six years and he served in the role of administrator and helped pastor one of the largest churches in northwest Florida. While at Abundant Life Church he was responsible for starting WPSM radio, a listener supported radio station that began broadcasting Christian programming 24 hours a day to an area that desperately needed Christian morals and values. Pastor Frank also served as overseer and business manager of the two million dollar church building project.It is our desire to share with you some of the beliefs and doctrines of Victory Life Church. It is, of course, impractical to attempt to place in written form all that we believe and practice, but we hope that this will help you to understand our doctrinal positions on important issues and subjects. If you have questions about these subjects or would like them explained in more detail, please call the church office for an appointment and we would be happy to discuss them with you.
