Everything and everyone was awesome! The Chrysler 200S I purchased is fun to drive, the seats are comfy and I am loving the fuel economy!

Dealership was great, service staff was great. Very accommodating to me and my 2 small children, and worked reasonably fast.

At first I was against going to Howard Wilson. I was afraid of getting haggled. Absolutely no haggling, just people that want your business. These people are so humble and down-to-earth. All I can say is that I am still in shock of how well they treated me as a person and as a customer. I never drove a Dodge. I am now Dodge fan for life. Love the product love the service. Did I mention that they are great people to talk to and deal with. Keep up the good team work Adam Taylor and Grey Stubblefield. And to the Marine behind the management desk- "Thanks for you service to our country and supporting Vet's". Met Tyrone, great guy. Great management team and good all around group of people.

I had contacted the dealership via email and Tony Taylor had responded multiple times back in early summer. When we were ready, we came in and Tony walked us thru the available options, found what we were looking for, and then gave us a very fair price. He never made us feel rushed or devalued. Even though we told him we would not buy the car that day, we felt so comfortable with Tony's non-aggressiveness and low pressure that we not only bought that day, but finished up the paperwork in the finance office.

It was great. I was met by a nice man who took my jeep to be serviced. I had a cup of coffee while waiting. All the staff that I encountered were very friendly. My jeep was finished in no time and I was on my way.

My experience on Sep. 18 was very good. No problem. I did have an experience on Aug. 14 that got me upset. On Aug. 13 I called about getting a service job and to check the recall on the window. A lady said, "Let's make an appointment for tomorrow, how about 9:30 AM." That was fine with me and arrived on Aug. 14 about 9:15 AM. Holly told me that they were overloaded with service jobs that day and it would be between 3 to 5 hours before they could get to me. He recommended that I not wait that long. I live in Byram which is 20 from Howard Wilson so I had a 40 mile trip for nothing with an appointment. If I had just driven up and was told the same I would not have objected but I was given an appointment which must mean nothing at all. I was told on the Sep. 18 service job that when I arrived that day that when the service rack was cleared from one job that I should have been given my service but that didn't happen. Needless to say I as a very unhappy camper on Aug. 14.

I was very worried about trading my truck because I had a difficult situation. I was also wanting something different n smaller. Mr Snow actually discussed with me first what I was looking for instead of putting me in something to make a salel. He recommended the Jeep Cherokee because of its fuel economy and size which I did end up loving. Mr Snow n Mr Elliott were able to work a great deal. I'm very pleased.

My trip to the dealership was great vershonda answered all my questions and if she wasn't sure about the answer she didn't lie to me she went and found the answer that means a lot to me. Elliot the finance officer was also great in doing everything he could to help me get the truck with the best deal possible

We have been dealing with Jodi at Howard Wilson Service for years, and when it was time to upgrade to a newer Jeep we chose Howard Wilson. We visited the website to see what used vehicles were available. We then visited Howard Wilson to check on the available vehicles and found one that suited us. Our salesman, Tony Taylor, was courteous and very knowledgeable about the product, and we worked out a deal suitable to our needs. We will continue to use the service department, and visit sales again when the need arises.

Good. Came to get my oil changed using pre-paid oil change coupons and they did.

It was a good experience. The only thing is that the jeep wrangler we bought was used and it a pretty good bit of dried mud underneath the jeep that should have been cleaned before putting out on the lot.

Overall good. Service department extremely busy and the only 2 service agents were on the phone for several minutes. That being said everyone was very friendly and apologetic for the wait. The experience would not hinder me from returning or recommending the sales or service department.
