I would never buy from this dealership again! They really don't care much for disclosure, doesn't matter if the vehicle has been detailed or not, mine was not. also had a cracked lens they did not mention (I know small things don't need disclosure but it would have been nice) As it was raining and we were from out of town one would think they'd try to be more honest about the defects of the vehicle. NOT ! Don't trust them, trust yourself and look the vehicle over real good before you drive away. And beware: if they make accounting mistakes it's on you. Not pleased at all!

Most time I'm very passive but Yesterday... It's one thing to disrespect me but when it comes to my mother... My family were peacefully and respectfully telling the manger our serious complaints about their business when we were disrespected and ignored by him. My husband respectfully told him about himself and how he handled my mom. We were leaving peacefully until we were stopped by another salesman who totally disrespected us saying to my mom, "we wouldn't even sale u a car." It gets worst, not only did he call my college educated mother ignorant but also physically put his hands on me and jerked my phone away from me for recording.....And I'm pregnant. The man was soooo mad I thought he was going to assault me, I literally felt threatened by him! My family was attacked we weren't the aggressor they were! The dealership is 5 Star Nissan of Florence. We brought our car from Cale Yarborough where we were treated with respect!

Usually my experience with Five Star Nissan, formerly known as Palmetto Nissan has been good, but this particular time , IT WAS HORRIBLE!. I recently went to them last weekend to replace a battery. Let me first inform you, that I currently live in Myrtle Beach so for me to drive to Florence to their Nissan is commendable. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A FAITHFUL CUSTOMER. I had a bad experience one time at the Grand Strand Nissan and never returned, but that's a different story. I usually go to Five Star Nissan to get my car service, bad part is that you have to have an appointment. One time I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was like "sure I can fit you in such and such time". I really needed an oil change. Then she calls back a few minutes later and says that she cannot fit me into the slot. (STRIKE ONE!) Meanwhile I'm thinking to myself, "why didn't you check just to make sure?" Therefore, i had to go somewhere else which was Toyota Scion and they were great! Anyway, i recently went to Five Star (Palmetto Nissan) to inform them that a battery they installed last year was dead. I had the battery installed 4/2013 and it went out in 6/2014. I am careful in not leaving any lights on so that was not the case. I had the battery in the trunk of my car until I was able to return to Florence. I went up to the service manager, we'll just say his name rhymes with "Nick" but he acted more like a…..anyway, I informed him what happened. Well his demeanor was very nonchalant and unconcerned and he was like "well we can't refund you your money or credit you because it (the battery) has to be in the car". You would think he would say something to the effect of “ Well I apologize for the inconvenience maam and we will be more than happy to resolve this matter” NOT. So then I proceeded to inform him that it was in the back of my car in the trunk, and he repeated the same thing. So then I responded " well how is it going to be installed in the car when it is dead?" I mean for Pete's sake , the battery was dead. He then responded in a rude tone "WHAT?" as if he did not comprehend what i was asking. By that time I was pretty heated, because they just installed the battery last year and THE BATTERY HAD AN 84 MONTH LIFE, YET IT WENT DEAD WITHIN A YEAR OF INSTALLING. (STRIKE TWO!) After I collected myself , I went back into the store and proceeded to talk with the Parts Manager and he explained thoroughly that in order for me to be credited back is for them to put the battery in and run the test themselves and then they can replace it, free of charge. I had to call a family member to sit with the car because I had a prior engagement and I did not anticipate it to take long for them to either give me my money back or replace the battery. Anyway, they confirmed that the battery was indeed dead (no duh morons). (STRIKE THREE! YOU'RE OUT!) I do not know if they thought I was trying to get over or what, but I have better things to do than go into Palmetto Nissan and lie about a battery being dead to get some money. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN EVERY WAY GOES A LONG WAY!!! Needless to say, I WILL NEVER RETURN TO FIVE STAR/PALMETTO NISSAN! It's a shame that my bad experiences in terms of car service has been with Nissan dealerships but not with Toyota...what's ironic?.....the make of my car is Nissan ! Go figure.

Hope this helps.
