My tooth was out in less than 30 seconds..I couldn't believe it..I highly recommend them ☺

My 88-year old mother had a dental emergency. She didn't have a dentist that could get her in in time, so I called Carolina Regional Dental to see if they could get her in. They told me what time for her to be there and they would try to work her in.

Well, fifteen minutes later they got her in and treated her with such respect and kindness, we were both blown away! Dr. Thad Davis and his assistant Joanne were top notch and helped her through the process! Thank you CRD, Dr. Davis and Joanne!

Sometimes it's the nurses or technicians that make you comfortable before the denitist comes in. Well this office has great techs but one stands above the rest. Ashley simply makes you very comfortable and at ease. To a point you forget you're in a dentist office. Also makes the entire visit better.

I was totally impressed by their speed and efficiency. I called to see if I could be seen on a Monday morning. I told her I worked during the day and could only be seen after 3:30pm. She told me that if I made it in by 4pm, that I would be alright. I arrived at 3:45 and promptly filled out my paperwork. I was called to get my x-ray @ 3:55pm, tooth pulled @ 4:05, on my way home @ 4:10pm. They were downgraded to 4 star because lady did not take my insurance information and I was charged for this visit and extraction.

Another receptionist quickly assured me that I would get my money and they would rush my insurance information process. We will keep it at 4 stars for now. Otherwise, I will have to take another star away.

I have used this Dental office several times over the years,they have always given me the best dental care. Their prices are second to none,and they are so caring. Best in town!!

We had a great experience at this office today. My 9 year old had broken his front 2 permanent teeth a month and a half prior and after having his teeth bonded twice at another office, we came to this office for three reasons: our dentist office was closed (this always happened on a Friday or weekend), a pediatric dentist office in the area recommended the office, and we were looking for a permanent fix. They not only worked him in when they were booked, they took the time to answer every question I had as a worried mother. The dentist assured us that this was the best option and that everything could be done within one appointment. We are beyond pleased with the care we were given and that the worry is now gone of when/where his teeth might break next and for you fact that we didn't have to go through a third weekend of my son having to deal with badly broken front teeth. I cannot thank this office enough.

I am scared to death of dentist! This was my first visit to Carolina Regional Dental. All the employees there were so very nice. The Doctor was very understanding, talked me through what he was doing and help me remain calm throughout my experience there.
