There is a pot hole in the parking space in front of the door way to the video store. Coming out, I tripped over it. I fell and twisted my ankle and hurt my back. All I wanted was a copy of the "Snow White and the Huntsman" to own. He said he would put $20 on my account and reserve a copy for me. But when I went to pick it up "AMY" said I had to wait till the next day. And would'nt call to confirm what I was promised. So wasted gas. I come back the next day and I get this speech about how he's (DON) being more than fair and how the'll be short if they give me a copy. Driving off unsatisfied. The pot hole still there. I hope the elderly and disabled brace themselves before entering and exiting.
