McFalls Collision and Frame Service

i have a married daughter that took her car there last week,the owner jim,who had no part of the exchange or anything,took it upon himself to find the work order and call and accost my daughter over the phone,obviously making my daughter and her husband very uncomfortable!!!!!they talked and made a deal and jim wasnt man enough to stick to his end of the deal!!!!i dont know how many times this has happend,but one seems to many to me!!the guy is a creep and if he has done it once,he has done it a hundred times,please escort ur daughters if they have any dealings with this idiot!!!!! i give the business a 5 because this guy is a five star idiot!!

I have an older buick regal that has more than served me well. I've had some minor problems with this darn michigan weather eating at my car. I met the fine folks at Mcfall's Collision and Frame Service about 4 years ago. Everytime I have had my car to Mcfall's for service I've been treated with respect and had excellent work done.

I took my 2008 Subaru WRX here after hitting a deer at 45 mph in Colorado. It completely destroyed the passenger side fender. I drove to MI from California for college, and so I asked around on Subaru forums for recommendations on body shops since this was new turf to me. They all pointed me to Mcfalls.



I headed over and they said they could replace it for considerably less than I had feared. I left it with them, they gave me a free loaner car, and a few days later I came back and they had done a perfect job. Paint was blended perfectly; you'd never guess this car has been through a deer.



Another thing. I asked them not to move the seat at all due to back and neck stuff. EVERY shop I go to does it anyway. I don't think Mcfalls moved it!

I once was very impressed by this company, their size and success. However, once I started researching the company, I heard from various people that they would never return and that they actually caught them causing damage to vehicles just so they could write a higher estimate. I don't know if this is true but it sure makes me a little weary of them.
