Golden Moon

I ordered carry out and when I got home I was missing half of my food. I live half an hour away so I called and they told me that they would credit me and the next time I ordered I would be able to get the food replaced. I tried to order yesterday but the manager there called me a liar and said they had already gave me the food and he would absolutely not do anything for me. He said I had come back the same day I had ordered which was September 7th 2016 and I was lying to try to get the food. I was ordering enough food for several people which would have been a cost of about 35 dollars and he was unwilling to replace the pint of chicken fried rice and 3 egg rolls I was missing last time, a minimal amount for the amount of money he would have made on the other food I was ordering. The worst part of it was him calling me a liar and being flat out rude to me and at the end hanging up on me.
I had always enjoyed their food and even drive half an hour for their food.

Food is gross and has no flavor. Service is nonexistent and will never go back!!!!!

This is the best Chinese restaurant I've been to in a long time. My wife and I both love this place.

I have been coming to Golden Moon for over 20 years and they always have the best tasting dishes in Flint. Their buffet is tops, and the best hot sour soup I have ever tasted anywhere.

Our Chinese tea was equally hot and a bit sweet, which helped tame the sweetness so prevalent in every entr��e choice consumed.



It might help to label the dishes on the small buffet line. I knew what dishes sat before me, while my partner had to jab with tongs just to discern the main ingredients, all of which were dry, even at peak lunch hours on a Saturday. We liked the Kung Pao chicken, the chicken on a stick, the fried rice, and the vegetable egg roll.



The desserts -- such as the melon balls and brownies -- were fresh. But some attention to classic Chinese sweets is due for all of the restaurants I visited. The takeout and delivery from Little House's regular menu is superb, but the $5.95 lunch buffet proves that you truly get what you pay for -- even without MSG.

Great Food, at great prices and alot of it for your money. The service is great and the people working there are very nice. I travel for work and always look forward to eating here when I come home. Yummy!!
