        Elevation Fitness & Health is dedicated to providing their clients customized one on one training in Flemington NJ by board certified professionals. Our goal is to help each individual client reach any and all of their health and wellness aspirations. The speed circuit training model, also known as weight training in motion has proven time and time again to achieve our clients’ goals. Also, the flexibility of our system permits all ages and condition levels to feel like athletes. To see an elite high school athlete go through a circuit and then to realize you are doing a version of the same thing is really something. It’s quite an uplifting experience and definitely worth a call to Jeff for specifics.
