Hazel visited the location to return chairs, but Hazel was unable to return the items because Hazel did not yet have a copy of the digital receipt. Hazel spoke to Robert in regard to the issue, and Robert did not attempt to access the digital receipt. Robert behaved in a rude manner toward Hazel. Robert told Hazel that he knew for a fact that she did not purchase the items from the location because the product was not in stock at the location. Hazel attempted to explain the issue to Robert, Robert shrugged his shoulders, dropped the paperwork, and Robert told an assistant manager, "You handle this. I'm going home." Robert walked away. Michael said Robert insinuated Hazel was a "liar," in the presence of other customers, who also patronize Michael's business.

Michael reported the incident to Mike, and Mike escalated the issue to Robert.

Today, Michael spoke to Robert in regard to the issue, and Michael told Robert that the items were purchased at the location as Hazel and Michael ordered the items for delivery at the location. Robert told Michael that the receipt was outdated and beyond the timeframe of the return policy. Michael told Robert that his issue was Robert's question of Hazel's integrity. Robert declined he told Hazel that she did not purchase the items at the location, in Noah's presence, which is untrue, as Robert made the same comment to Michael. Robert did not permit Michael to further explain the issue, Robert declined to issue a written letter of apology to Hazel at Michael's request, and Robert refused to shake Michael's hand at the conclusion of the meeting because Robert and Michael could not resolve the issue.

Michael noted he no longer intends to do business with the company or patronize company locations

This Walmart pharmacy is great - I've used them for years. The only thing I want to make everyone aware of is that the phone number displayed here is for the BANK inside Walmart. It's not to the pharmacy. If someone out there knows who to contact to make them aware that it needs changing, then would you be so kind? Thank you.
